#89 (03.29) Hands

Everyone in my world heard my story on Thursday of running out at 7 in the morning and grabbing what I thought were gloves, and which turned out to be socks. And it was effing cold.

My sister and I both have Raynaud’s Disease, hers worse than mine, but it means having socks instead of gloves on a cold early spring day HURTS. This is what it looks like when the circulation starts to disappear from your fingers.

It’s ouchy. And the indignity of the sock gloves as I was on my way to pick up my glamorous sunglasses just compounded it.
