I’m having a love affair with Ontario this summer, immersing in it more than I have in a decade. After the triumph of the triadventure (more on that later), Elsie and I took a bit of a road trip, culminating in three nights in Algonquin Park.
We stayed at a fancy lodge, and we did all the things — paddling and swimming and hiking and looking at lakes.
Morning mist burning off cache lake.
Same cobweb and knot as yesterday, different angle and exposure.
Dusk paddle, looking unsuccessfully for moose.
